We are delighted to share with you the success of our T5C Forum, which took place at the Royal Saltworks of Arc-et-Senans on December 7, 2023.

This half-day was dedicated to the presentation and feedback from experts on our patented T5C framework for pressed-curd cheeses with long maturation, such as Comté.
