SANAIR boards and baskets: In order to improve the profitability of the plants and to meet the new sanitary, bacteriological and qualitative cheese requirements, SERVI DORYL proposes a new concept of maturing pressed cheeses, soft cheeses and blue cheeses.
These boards and baskets also reduces the frequency the maker normally turns the cheeses, and reduces the length of time it takes for a cheese to mature.
Injected in polypropylene copolymer, this board is composed of convex lengthwise rods joined together with transversal small bars. Less surface area of the cheese touches the board. They are washable to meet high standards of cleanliness and avoid contamination that can normally be harbored on wood surfaces.
