Soft cheeses - Moulds & draining

Our trays made of polypropylene copolymer, stainless steel or aluminum manufactured with your measurements, of a technical simple-face or two-sided multi-formats with tilted shapes. They channel the air and the whey (Patented by SERVI DORYL) associated to the draining mats and adapted to the formats of your block-moulds. They allow an optimal draining and ventilation of your cheeses. The anti-drop system avoids that the whey evacuates onto the cheeses below in the stack sequence.

 

The multiform tray allows for perfect draining and good ventilation of soft cheese sides and hoops. This concept enables the processor to turn the trays in stacks and/or individually, and to move them on mechanized lines. This system can be used with all the shapes of blocks-moulds.
