For optimized draining, our draining mats are available in several reversible or raised models with simple flat surfaces in custom cuts made and manufactured with your measurements. The raised models have narrow slotted flat feet that allow air and whey to circulate and vacate around the surface of the cheese by capillary action beneath the mat draining away all liquids while the cheese rests.

Our mats are very free of particulates …with easily detectable colors for security. (Poly SD).
