Flat-bottomed, half-spherical, semi-cylindrical and half-elliptic for optimized cutting and a mixing, our vats guarantee a discharge of curd without weakening it, they are of thermoform construction known by process as "chaudronnée", or injected out of polyethylene or polypropylene and of a capacity of 0.5 liters to 670 liters.
