Forms and double sided trays and anti-drop systems
The multiform tray® allows perfect draining and a good ventilation of soft cheese sides and hoops. This concept enables the maker to turn the trays in a stack and/or individually; to move them on mechanized lines and can be used with all the shapes of block-moulds. This solution was met great success particularly among large industrial cheese making factories.
