A Major USDA Breakthrough in 2010: After requesting a specific study of our forms with the USDA; Servi Doryl took mold formation to a higher level. It improved the assembly of its micro perforated forms that facilitates cleaning and reached a newer level of sanitation never before possible anywhere and obtained USDA certification in June 2010 for all ranges of pressed cheese forms. These forms set the highest benchmark and standards in the industry.
